How to create and use Webservice controls using WSDL in weblogic portal10.3

Question :

I have WSDL , How to create webservice controls using the WSDL in weblogic portal 10.3 and use those controls to invoke those webservice methods?

    Does this still work in the latest versions of weblogic ? I am trying to migrate an 8.1 application to 10.3.4 but it looks as if weblogic service controls no longer exist (it has changed even since 10.3.0).
    What is the alternative to weblogic webservice controls ?
